Returns/Refud
Policy
As we are certain that you will be compltely satisfied we
have a return policy so that you can return any goods purchased from us if for
any reason you are not satified. Our policy is based on the premise that “The
Customer Is AlwaysRight”. You can return your purchased item within 30 days of
the order date with No Questions Asked. Please return the item to:

Unfortunately you will have to bear the costs of the return
postage and packing. We will acknowledge
and give you a Full Refund within 2 Business Working days. PLease do not forget to request payment by
cheque or bank transfer. If the latter,
please make sure you give us your banker’s sort code and account number.
Exchange of Goods
We take great care in packaging our goods. If despite that your item is damaged in
transit, we have a full exchange policy again with No Questions Asked. We only ask that you return the
damaged goods in their original packaging. In this case we will be reponsiblle for the return postage as well. We aim to process the Exchange and Refund the
return postage by cheque within 2 Business Working Days of the receipt
of the damaged goods.
Tracking your order.
If you enter your order’s Reference number, you may track
the status of your order from time of purchase to Dispatch and Refund of a
returned item.
